CPG Group Fitness

Our Group Fitness Classes at Clarksville Proving Ground are designed to meet you where you are, whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced athlete. Every workout can be scaled in weight, intensity, and movement to fit your individual fitness level and goals.

We follow a constantly varied training model that keeps things fresh and engaging. Each workout includes functional movements that carry over to real-life activities, helping you stay strong, capable, and mobile well into your later years.

All CPG Group Fitness Classes are coach-led, 60 minutes in duration, and follow this structured format:

  • A guided warm-up with stretching and movement prep

  • Instruction and demonstration of the day's focus

  • A short practice round to familiarize yourself with movements

  • A quick bathroom/water break

  • A coach-supervised workout to finish strong

Our coaches are there every step of the way to offer support, guidance, and real-time feedback so you move safely and confidently.
